Anji White white tea from Zheijang province, China, known as the capital of tea.
Anji White white tea is processed following the classic green tea production method and is produced in spring between April and May.
Being produced as a green tea, Anji White tea is halfway between white tea and green tea and is described as “liquid silk”, it provides a light yellow, aromatic, floral and fresh infusion and a touch sweet and honey, with very little astringency and a lot of complexity.
