White Monkey Pekoe white tea , is a high quality tea from the Chinese mountain of Taimu in Fujian, with a delicate sensory profile between honey and syrup and a boiled, sweet, syrup and honey vegetable aroma, very complex and medium body.

It gets its name from the legend that in ancient times it was collected by white monkeys, due to the complexity of the terrain in which the tea plants grew.
