Description

Rooibos is considered the national drink of South Africa as it comes from red bushes that grow naturally there. The branches of the rooibos bushes are dried and cut into small pieces, and then left to ferment for a few days (like tea leaves) to obtain a reddish color with a characteristic fruity and chocolaty flavor.
