Oolong tea (blue tea) Ti Kuan Yin, is one of the ten most famous teas in China and is known for its floral fragrance and sweet and smooth roasted flavor .

With a mild flavor, floral and fruity notes , but without the astringency of green tea, it is probably one of the roundest teas that we can find, ideal to start in the world of tea.

This Oolong Ti Kian Yin tea is produced in the fall (early October) in Fujian province. The leaves are fermented up to 40% and then rolled.
